The Pulsafeeder L3300T03-PVD is a PVDF/PTFE bleed valve assembly designed for compatible PULSAtron chemical metering pumps. It provides a controlled venting path to release trapped air during priming and maintenance of the pump liquid end.

Air Removal During Pump Priming

Trapped air can interfere with the ability of a chemical metering pump to establish normal liquid flow. During the manufacturer-recommended priming procedure, the bleed valve allows air and liquid to pass through the designated return connection until the pump is properly primed.

Correct Connection Selection

The 1/2-inch discharge and 3/8-inch bleed tubing dimensions are important when replacing an existing valve. Confirm the original wet-end code and both connections before ordering.

Maintenance and Inspection

Inspect the valve for leaks, chemical deposits, damaged fittings and worn seals. Ensure the bleed return tubing is correctly installed and the valve closes properly after priming. Depressurize the chemical system before service.
