The Pulsafeeder L3300T03-FPP is a 1/2-inch FPP/PTFE bleed valve assembly for PULSAtron chemical metering pumps. Designed for specific PTCA, PTC3, PTS3 and PTT3 wet ends, this valve helps release trapped air during pump priming and maintenance.
Reliable Priming for Compatible PULSAtron Pumps
Air trapped in a metering pump liquid end can prevent consistent chemical delivery. The bleed valve provides a controlled venting point so trapped air can be released during the manufacturer-recommended priming procedure. Once the liquid end is primed, the valve is closed for normal operation.

FPP and PTFE Construction

When to Replace the Bleed Valve
Inspect the assembly when the pump has difficulty priming, chemical leakage appears around the fitting, or the valve adjustment mechanism is damaged. Air entry elsewhere in the suction system can produce similar symptoms and should also be investigated.
