The Pulsafeeder J40175 is a chemical metering pump foot valve and strainer assembly designed for compatible PULSAtron PTS3 and PTSA wet ends. It features an FPP body, PTFE valve seat, 316 stainless steel check ball and 1/2-inch outside-diameter suction tubing connection.
Suction Line Foot Valve Function
Installed near the bottom of the chemical supply tank, the foot valve helps retain liquid in the suction line when the metering pump is stopped. Its integrated strainer also helps limit the entry of larger debris into the pump liquid end.
