The Pulsafeeder J40170 is a foot valve and strainer assembly for the PULSAtron PTS1 wet-end configuration. It combines an FPP body, PTFE seating and a 316 stainless steel check ball with a 3/8-inch OD suction tubing connection.
Maintaining Chemical Pump Suction
A foot valve is installed at the lower end of the chemical suction tubing. Its check mechanism helps resist reverse flow when the pump stops, supporting retention of liquid in the suction line for subsequent operation.
