FPP Body and PTFE Sealing

J30522 uses the FPP/PTFE material configuration. It differs from J30519, which uses CSPE/Hypalon sealing, and J30518, which uses a PVC body with PTFE sealing.

Connection and Material Selection

The nominal 1/2-inch tubing size should be checked against the original pump assembly. Housing and sealing materials must also be compatible with the chemical concentration and operating temperature.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the bleed valve for deposits, leakage, damaged fittings and worn sealing components. Problems elsewhere in the suction or discharge system may also contribute to priming difficulties.
