Pulsatron LPB4MA-KTC1-XXX E Plus Series Electronic Metering Pump
Pulsafeeder LPB4MA-KTC1-XXX PULSAtron Series E Plus diaphragm metering pump delivers up to 24 GPD at 100 PSI with a PVDF head, PTFE seals, ceramic balls and 4-20mA direct control.
The Pulsafeeder LPB4MA-KTC1-XXX PULSAtron Series E Plus Metering Pump is an electronic diaphragm chemical dosing pump designed for accurate and reliable chemical feed applications. With a maximum output of 1.0 GPH (24 GPD) and maximum pressure of 100 PSI (7 bar), this pump is suited for precise chemical metering in water treatment and industrial process systems.
The LPB4MA-KTC1-XXX operates on 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz power and features 4-20mA direct control with stop functionality, allowing the pump output to be integrated with compatible process control and monitoring systems.
Its chemical-resistant wet end features PVDF (Kynar) head and fittings, PTFE/TFE seats and O-rings, and ceramic check balls. The pump uses 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD tubing.
PULSAtron Series E Plus pumps provide adjustable stroke rate and stroke length for flexible chemical-feed control. The Series E Plus design also incorporates a guided ball check valve system to help reduce backflow and support reliable priming.
