The PULSAtron L3300T03-PVC is a bleed valve assembly designed for compatible PULSAtron chemical metering pump liquid ends. The valve attaches to the discharge fitting and provides a controlled path for removing trapped air during pump priming.
The L3300T03-PVC features a PVC body, PTFE/TFE sealing material, a 1/2-inch OD tubing connection on the discharge side and a 3/8-inch OD tubing connection for the bleed line. It also includes a PTFE gasket.

Bleed Valve Function
Air trapped inside the suction line or pump liquid end can prevent a chemical metering pump from priming correctly. The bleed valve provides a controlled route for releasing this trapped air so that chemical can fill the pump head and normal metering operation can begin.
The L3300T03-PVC is mounted at the discharge side of compatible PULSAtron liquid ends. Opening the bleed valve allows air and fluid to flow through the bleed line until the pump establishes a steady liquid flow.
