The PULSAtron J41873 is an injection valve and back-pressure check valve assembly designed for compatible PULSAtron chemical metering pump systems. Installed at the end of the discharge tubing, the valve provides a controlled chemical injection point while helping prevent process fluid from flowing backward toward the metering pump.

Injection Valve Function
The J41873 is installed at the chemical injection point at the end of the pump discharge tubing. During operation, chemical delivered by the metering pump passes through the valve and enters the process stream.
The internal check-valve mechanism helps maintain one-way chemical flow while restricting process fluid from flowing backward into the chemical feed line.
Back-Pressure Check Valve Operation
The ceramic check ball works together with the PTFE valve seat to provide directional flow control. This helps protect the chemical feed line from reverse flow and supports dependable metering pump operation.

Installation
